Apple Cinnamon Hot Toddy


  • 1 Apple Chopped
  • 3 Cups water
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup More if you prefer a sweeter hot toddy
  • 2 Tea Bags Earl Grey Tea
  • 4 Ounces Whiskey
  • 1 Lemon


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, chopped apples, cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, and honey.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the apples have softened.
  3. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 2-3 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
  4. Divide the whiskey between two mugs (2 ounces per mug).
  5. Divide the apple/tea mixture between the two mugs.
  6. Juice a half a lemon into each mug.
  7. Stir and enjoy!
