Barbotage

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • Dry Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Instructions

  1. Add the brandy and Grand Marnier to a champagne flute
  2. Fill the remainder of the glass with champagne
  3. Optional: Garnish with a twist of lemon
