Charred Blood Orange Negroni


  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 2 ounces Red Vermouth
  • 2 ounces Campari
  • 2 Blood Oranges
  • 1 Tablespoon Grapeseed oil


  1. Cut one of the blood oranges into slices and brush with grapeseed oil
  2. Heat a frying pan and cook the blood oranges for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly charred
  3. Fill two highball glasses with ice and add one ounce of each liquor (gin, vermouth, and Campari) to each glass
  4. Cut the second blood orange in half and juice one half into each of the highball glasses
  5. Using a bar spoon, stir until well combined
  6. Add a slice of the charred blood orange to each glass and enjoy!
