Classic Champagne Cocktail


  • 2 Sugar Cubes I suggest Sugar in the Raw
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Dry Champagne or Sparkling Wine


  1. Soak each of the sugar cubes in Angostura Bitters and add one to each champagne flute
  2. Fill the glass 3/4 full with champagne
  3. Garnish with a twist of lemon
