Cucumber Gimlet


  • 4-5 cucumber  slices
  • 1 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces tonic water
  • 1 thin cucumber or lime for garnish


  1. Finely mince the cucumber (or you can add to a food processer)
  2. Add the minced cucumber, gin, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake until well combined
  4. Pour into a martini glass or over ice in a high ball glass (use strain top if you’d prefer no cucumber pieces)
  5. Add tonic water
  6. Garnish with lime or cucumber

Want to up your game a bit? Add a some bubbly or a bit of St. Germain!
