Cucumber and Lime Infused Gin & Tonic


  • 4 ounces Gin
  • 1 Lime
  • 4 slices Cucumber
  • 6 ounces Tonic water


  1. Place the gin, lime slices and cucumber slices in an airtight container (like mason jar) and place in the fridge for up to 24 hours
  2. Fill two high ball glasses to the brim with ice
  3. Pour two ounces of the infused gin in each glass
  4. Fill the remainder of the glasses with tonic water
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime and a slice of cucumber
