Ingredients
- 2 grapefruits
- 4 leaves fresh sage Add 4 if using for garnish
- Brut Rose Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Instructions

Rip the sage leaves into pieces and place at the bottom of a glass

Juice the grapefruit and add to the glass with the sage

Muddle the sage with the grapefruit

Strain the muddled sage/grapefruit mixture and divide evenly between champagne flutes

Top each glass with champagne

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sage leaf
