Grapefruit Sage Mimosa


  • 2 grapefruits
  • 4 leaves fresh sage Add 4 if using for garnish
  • Brut Rose Champagne or Sparkling Wine


  1. Rip the sage leaves into pieces and place at the bottom of a glass
  2. Juice the grapefruit and add to the glass with the sage
  3. Muddle the sage with the grapefruit
  4. Strain the muddled sage/grapefruit mixture and divide evenly between champagne flutes
  5. Top each glass with champagne
  6. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sage leaf
