Kir Royale


  • 2 Tbsp Creme de cassis
  • 10 ounces Dry Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • 1 Lemon for garnish


  1. Add one tablespoon of creme de cassis to each champagne flute
  2. Top the remainder of the glass with champagne or sparkling wine
  3. Garnish with a twist of lemon and enjoy!
